Why this exists
Search “best condos in Brickell” and you get a wall of listings pretending to be advice. Every building is “luxury.” Every pool is “resort-style.” None of it tells you what you actually need to know.
So we built the resource we wish existed — honest rankings based on actually living in and around these buildings, not just touring the model unit.

How the ratings work
Every building is scored across six categories, then gets an overall 1–5 star rating.
Independent, always
These rankings are independent — not dictated by any developer or property manager. Scores are based on real experience, research, and honest assessment. That’s it.
What’s next
Right now we’re building out profiles for every high-rise in Greater Downtown Miami: Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater, the A&E District, Park West, and Brickell Key. Down the road: more South Florida neighborhoods and sharper comparison tools. For now, the focus is the best condo research resource Miami has ever had.
