If you are buying a high-floor east-facing unit for the views, understand that those views have an expiration date. The west-facing views have already been partially blocked by Flatiron Brickell. The south and north views are more stable in the near term. The building itself is relatively new at under 10 years old, so no major structural concerns or recertification issues for the foreseeable future.
